Job summary

James Perse is seeking a full-time Stock Manager for our Beverly Hills location. The role involves receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor, while ensuring the stock room is organized, clean, and ready for business.

You will supervise inventory and implement directives from Store Management and Corporate Office to maintain efficient stock control. The position requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy to ensure exact inventory reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory maintenance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Oversee stockroom operations and align with Store Manager and Corporate directives.
• Replenish merchandise to the floor daily and manage transfers/returns/damages.
• Ensure accurate inventory paperwork and shrink control.
