The role requires accuracy, organization and teamwork to ensure floor readiness and efficient operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include replenishment, transfers, and adherence to company directives, with attention to reporting and process compliance.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy for inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience with stock room operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and prep merchandise for selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Audit stockroom and inventory paperwork in Retail Pro.
• Replenish merchandise from stock room to selling floor daily.
• Assist with transfers, returns and damages as directed.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Participate in store meetings and company events.
