Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Stock Manager in Beverly Hills, CA to oversee stock management and inventory accuracy while leading a stock team. You will support selling processes and minimize stock losses by following company procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating stock team activities, overseeing receiving and transfers, and maintaining a secure, organized stockroom to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes and move stock during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate stock team activities, distribute tasks, and coach staff.
• Oversee merchandise uploads, transfers, receiving corrections, back stock organization, product preparation, repairs, and dispatches.
• Manage cycle counts and full inventory process, reconcile results, and report to Corporate.
• Maintain stockroom security, cleanliness, safety, supplies, visual props, and store maintenance follow-up.
• Coordinate ecommerce distribution and support store performance and sales targets.
