Job summary

James Perse Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a full-time Stock Manager for our Beverly Hills location to receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, and keep the stock room organized, clean and floor-ready.

The role supports inventory control, executes transfers and returns, coordinates floorset preparation with the Store Manager, and maintains accurate reports in Retail Pro while upholding James Perse standards. High attention to detail and ability to lift heavy items are required.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy for inventory.
• Experience with stockroom operations and receiving procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Inventory maintenance software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization, cleanliness and readiness.
• Manage in-store receiving, re-pricing, transfers and returns.
• Ensure floorset preparation and replenishment to the sales floor.
• Audit stock reports and maintain proper inventory paperwork in Retail Pro.
• Support operations to minimize shrink and execute daily tasks.
