You will minimize shrink, support floorset implementation, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure accurate reporting. Strong communication and flexibility are essential for daily operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with in-store inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Retail Pro or inventory systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage in-store receiving, paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Reprice, tag, steam, fold, hang, and replenish merchandise to the floor; prepare floorset merchandise with Store Manager.
• Execute transfers, returns, damages, and customer charge sends per policy; follow up on inquiries as needed.
• Audit and maintain stockroom organization, sizing, folding, and cleanliness; prepare for physical inventories.
• Perform daily operational tasks including packaging supply replenishment, trash/box removal, lighting checks, and vendor drop-offs as directed.
