Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a Stock Supervisor to support the Retail Management and Buying Team with receiving, stocking, merchandising and inventory control across outlets. This role emphasizes luxury standards and discreet professionalism.

You will maintain stock levels, assist with monthly counts, coach associates on restocking and reticketing, and collaborate with store management to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Fl exible schedule and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of guest experience.
• Thorough understanding of retail knowledge and inventory skills/systems.
• Must be able to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that fits the need of the business, including holidays, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Manage incoming shipments, replenish sales floors, and communicate low-stock with managers.
• Loss Prevention & Safety: Follow loss-prevention procedures and maintain a safe stockroom.
• Sales: Process receipts, special orders and reorders to increase daily sales; knowledge of Yellow Dog System.
• Operations: Train staff, coordinate merchandising and floor sets, ensure accurate stock retrieval.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve stockroom efficiency and inventory initiatives.
• Prepare the store for events and seasonal transitions; lift up to 100 lbs; work flexible hours.
