Job summary

The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is seeking a Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional service, guide customers, and process transactions on the sales floor. You will maintain merchandising standards and stay informed about promotions to preserve the luxury experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior retail or customer service experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer functions.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
