Job summary

Rockford Ball Screw is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to maintain the stockroom, manage inventory levels and support shipping/receiving activities. You will ensure accurate entry and tracking of materials, collaborate with production and operations, and help minimize discrepancies through precise data handling.

The role requires forklift certification, proficiency with ERP systems and strong attention to detail. This on-site position offers a daytime schedule and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required or ability to become certified.
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain stockroom materials, ensure proper storage and identification.
• Manage stock inflow/outflow and forecast consumables for assigned areas.
• Record inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system and assist with cycle counts.
