Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate receipt of goods and services and to maintain precise inventory records. You will verify deliveries against purchase orders, enter shipments into our inventory system, and support the Purchasing team with cycle counts and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to obtain required licenses under state gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all goods received meet quality standards and PO specifications.
• Verify pricing on invoices matches Purchase Order.
• Enter all deliveries into Inventory/Purchasing System for payment processing.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Communicate delivery status to departments and coordinate with Purchasing.
