Job summary

Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous shipping and forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prints and verifies daily shipping report for shipments.
- Prioritizes shipments by time, priority, and exceptions.
- Wraps, labels, and prepares shipments per SOPs.
- Monitors inbound/outbound shipping activities and paperwork.
- Schedules trucks via phone, computer, or portal.
- Loads trucks with forklift and cubing trailer space.
- Prints BOL, collects signatures, and gives paperwork to drivers.
- Updates electronic records and invoicing.
- Documents missed shipments/trucks and escalates.
- Communicates with customer service on issues.
