Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Full-Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise associates, and drive efficient stocking and fulfillment. You will coach teams, ensure accurate inventory, and partner with merchandising to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing freight, stockroom processes, and omni-channel fulfillment while using KPIs to guide decisions and maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates, coaching to daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes: freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely and accurate merchandise disposition.
• Maintain stock on the sales floor by processing freight, managing stockroom, and replenishing based on sell-through.
• Assist and train new hires on operations, processes and inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
