Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Full-Time Stockroom Operations Supervisor to lead store operational processes, supervise associates and ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency. You will guide training, coach staff, and drive consistent execution across freight, receiving, stockroom management and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy through merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by managing stockroom and replenishment as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Train and coach associates on operations, inventory procedures, productivity standards and Kohl’s tools and resources.
• Partner with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork; model direction to associates.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and make informed business decisions.
