Job summary

You will lead freight unloading, receiving, stockroom management, stock replenishment, and omnichannel fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy and brand standards. The role emphasizes training, teamwork, loss prevention, and KPI-driven decision making to drive store results. Pay starts at $17.25/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational processes including freight unload, receiving, stockroom management and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor through replenishment and stockroom management.
• Train new hires on operations, procedures and Kohl’s tools.
• Partner with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage resources.
• Perform key holder duties including opening and closing store processes.
