Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead operational processes, coach and develop associates, and ensure efficient store execution. You will drive inventory accuracy, support replenishment, and partner with merchandising to uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and adherence to safety policies while managing floor execution and loss prevention with KPIs to guide results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching toward daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations processes such as freight unload, receiving, product processing, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and manage stockroom and replenishment based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Assist in training new hires on operations, procedures, and use of Kohl’s tools and resources.
• Collaborate with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
