Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results-driven and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock bulky merchandise.
• Stockroom and sales floor stocking and replenishment duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving all merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and backroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Support sales profitability and protect company assets during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance and conduct.
• Greet customers respectfully and adhere to dress code to support branding.
• Commit to company values and ensure shipments are processed timely.
