Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and continuous shelf replenishment. The role emphasizes urgency, organization, and consistent execution on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom, executing markdowns, and ensuring timely stock processing. Availability for weekends and evenings is preferred to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Able to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to read and interpret company directives and manuals.
• Able to work a schedule to meet business needs (often early mornings and off hours).
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift bulky merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Help maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in product assembly, markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to dress code.
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate commitment to brand values.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a positive, can-do attitude and teamwork.
