Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help receive merchandise, maintain stockrooms, and support markdowns and replenishment while upholding company standards and safety guidelines. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet the business needs of the store. (often early mornings and off hours)
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise on a regular basis
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets during shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to dress code when on salesfloor.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and initiatives.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
