Job summary

ACDi is seeking a Stockroom Associate to receive, store, and issue materials, and maintain stock records. The role requires attention to ERP entries, accurate counting, and cycle counts.

You will support production by pulling materials and resolving inventory discrepancies, with opportunities to handle special projects. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a stockroom, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like Epicor and MS Access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related stockroom/warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• ERP system experience a plus.
• Proficient computer use for locating documents and transactions (Epicor, Access).
• Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and enter them into the ERP system (Epicor).
• Count parts after a work order is completed.
• Return unused materials to stock per stockroom procedures.
• Use ERP and tracking systems to locate or inventory materials.
• Respond to window ticket materials requests.
• Pull material for kits for production services.
• Resolve inventory issues such as missing material.
• Perform cycle counts to verify stock quantities.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Responsible for the proper identification of all materials in stock. Prepares stock items for storage or movement without damage.
