Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a diligent Stockroom Associate to join a semiconductor company in Leominster, MA, focusing on inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include ERP data entry, creating new part numbers, and establishing physical and virtual warehouse locations, with regular cycle counts.

Hours are Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; pay is $20/hour; the role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Previous ERP experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory management and cycle counting.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Basic Excel/spreadsheet proficiency.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify part numbers in ERP with accuracy.
• Create new part numbers for uncaptured materials.
• Set up physical and virtual warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to capture data.
• Maintain records for audit purposes.
• Report discrepancies to project leads promptly.
