Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking candidates for a Shipping position in Leominster, MA. This long-term temporary role offers $20 per hour and an ASAP start, with Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and potential holiday breaks.

Responsibilities include packing, verifying part numbers, cycle counting, organizing materials, and maintaining stockroom accuracy. Prior shipping or SAP experience is helpful but not required; background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping or warehouse operations preferred but not required.
• Ability to count, verify, and organize materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and materials against packing documentation.
• Perform routine cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and stage materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and stockroom organization.
• Prepare packages, apply shipping labels, and organize shipments.
• Monitor and replenish packing materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with other shipping and logistics tasks.
