Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive the store's financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and omni-channel initiatives across store operations.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to optimize sales and shrink control.
