Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Stocking Crew Associate in Morton, IL. You will help distribute merchandise, stock shelves, unload freight, and assist in various departments, contributing to an organized, customer-friendly store environment.

We offer a competitive benefits package after 91 days for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(K) with company match. Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr is noted, with base pay up to $15.25/hr.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Distribute merchandise to departments.
• Stock merchandise on shelves.
• Assist in unloading freight and in stocking efforts.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
