Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Stocking Crew Associate in Michigan. The role involves unloading freight, stocking shelves, and distributing merchandise across departments, with a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Weekend work is required and base pay can reach up to $15.25 per hour, with weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour. Full-time associates become eligible for comprehensive benefits starting on their 91st day, including medical, dental, vision, and more, plus a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Retail experience preferred or helpful
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend
• Ability to pass a background check and meet job requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading freight and stocking merchandise in departments
• Distribute merchandise to departments and shelves
• Maintain organized stock and return items to proper areas
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies in daily tasks
• Support other departments as needed
