Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Verona, WI is seeking a Stocking Crew Associate for our on-site team. You will unload freight, distribute merchandise, and stock shelves while following safety and loss‑prevention guidelines.

This full-time role offers a strong benefits package after 91 days: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) with company match, and an associate discount. Base pay is up to $15.25/hr with a $2.50/hr weekend premium; actual pay depends on experience and market

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and Blain trucks.
• Distribute merchandise to departments.
• Stock merchandise on shelves.
• Return merchandise to correct areas in the warehouse.
• Break down cartons and recycle packaging.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
