Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Stocking Crew Associate to help distribute merchandise and stock shelves across the store. You’ll unload freight, organize departments, and support loss prevention while delivering friendly service to customers.

The position requires reliable availability, including evenings and every other weekend, and the ability to pass a background check. Associates hired full-time become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package after 91 days.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Distribute merchandise to appropriate departments.
• Assist in unloading freight and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Break down cartons and take recyclables to the designated area.
• Support in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
