Job summary

The Stocking Crew Associate at Blain’s Farm & Fleet is responsible for distributing merchandise to the correct areas and stocking shelves across departments, ensuring products are presented neatly.

You will unload freight, stock displays, and follow Loss Prevention policies while working evenings and weekends as needed. A comprehensive benefits package is available after 91 days of full-time employment, including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Distribute merchandise to departments and stocking shelves.
• Unload freight and Blain trucks; place merchandise on displays.
• Stock merchandise across departments and return items to storage areas.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
