Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for our Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. This parental leave cover starts as soon as possible and continues through May 2027.

You will manage back‑of‑house operations, stockroom organization, and inventory control, while supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate with Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock levels and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock including transfers and returns.
• Support store operations and assist the shop floor team.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to business targets.
• Improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, individually and in a team.
• Serve as a liaison between the store and cross‑functional departments.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join the team at our Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. The role is a parent leave cover starting as soon as possible, and continuing through May 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back‑of‑house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back‑of‑house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
• Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
• Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross‑functional departments.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

This is a full‑time position based at TOTEME's store at Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles starting as soon as possible. This is fixed‑term parental leave cover, expected to run through May 2027.

The salary for this position ranges between $22-$25 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
