Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization and salesfloor replenishment. You will assist with price changes and maintain an organized stockroom, while upholding store standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, replenishment, markdowns, and supporting profitable sales with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Good communication, both written and verbal.
• Weekend, holiday and evening availability.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Stock product, execute markdowns and replenish the salesfloor.
• Support profitable sales and protect company assets per handbook.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers professionally and adhere to dress code to support branding.
• Demonstrate commitment to company initiatives.
• Take initiative to process shipments promptly during shifts.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
