Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a part-time Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will assist with price changes, ensure merchandise is received safely, and help maintain stockroom efficiency.

The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. You will contribute to a strong brand presence on the floor and support store initiatives while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Stock experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle bulky merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect on the salesfloor and adhere to dress code to support branding.
• Maintain commitment to Kirkland's Home Values and company initiatives.
• Take initiative during each shift to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland's Home values.
