Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare compliance experience.
• 5+ years managing compliance teams.
• 5+ years applying health insurance statutes/regulations.
• Operational or internal audit experience.
• HIPAA Security experience.
• Experience in start-up/health tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Compliance team across all lines of business.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret federal and state regulations to lead business strategies.
• Lead compliance investigations and oversee corrective action plans.
• Develop and manage comprehensive compliance training programs.
• Produce and deliver clear compliance reports for leadership and regulators.
• Partner with Risk and Controls to manage regulatory risk sustainably.
• Lead regulatory implementations and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
