Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to deliver client-focused reporting services for the SPS Financial Reporting team. You will serve 20–25 public companies, handling data processing, ad-hoc reporting, and dashboard capabilities within Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and Team Workspace.

You will train client contacts, drive process improvements, and collaborate with SPS Implementation, Account Management, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) level 1 encouraged.
• Strong ability to multi-task, react and think quickly.
• Positive can-do demeanor and willingness to work across groups.
• Team player who provides high-level support to the group.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Proven success in developing presentations and reporting.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about the details with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ownership and proactive approach.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all operational aspects of the reporting process from scheduled to ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist with implementing client reporting information from legacy provider to Fidelity SPS system.
• Provide complete and accurate reporting delivery during peak monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Partner with SPS Ops and SPS Client Service Managers to deliver full-service stock plan administration.
• Assist SPS Product and SPS Tech partners on major product improvements.
• Advise clients on solution-based financial report modifications within PSW platform.
• Craft and maintain data for process measures and reporting.
