Job summary

Fidelity Investments’ Stock Plan Services (SPS) Financial Reporting team seeks a detail-oriented professional to serve as the first line of support for a defined client base, helping them acquire their financial reporting requirements related to equity compensation.

You will train client contacts on Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and Team Workspace, manage reported data for 20–25 public companies, and collaborate with SPS Implementation and Account Management to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience.
• Excel and Access skills.
• CEP level 1 encouraged.
• Strong multitasking, react and think quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with high level of support to the group.
• Self-starter with ownership and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering, with a client base typically 20 - 25 public companies spanning across all segments.
• Participate in reporting from scheduled to ad-hoc report development including migration from legacy providers.
• Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and Team Workspace.
• Provide complete and accurate reporting during peak volumes of monthly/quarterly cycles.
• Partner with SPS Operations and SPS Client Service Managers to deliver full-service stock plan administration.
• Assist SPS Product and SPS Technology partners on major product improvements.
• Advise clients on report modifications within the PSW financial reporting module.
• Craft and maintain data for process measures and reporting.
