Job summary

Stifel Financial Corp. is seeking a Client Report Services Specialist to support and develop large-scale reporting platforms within the IP&S Group. You will assist daily operations, provide frontline advisor support, and help implement enhancements to the IP&S reporting suite.

You will maintain knowledge of the IP&S offering, compliance policies, and integrations to ensure a seamless advisor experience and continuous platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wealth management and investment products.
• Experience with investment performance reporting methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for inter-departmental interactions.
• Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Analytical mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of reporting platforms.
• Provide frontline support to Financial Advisors using the platform.
• Assist in onboarding management and ongoing administration for HNW clients.
• Understand metrics and workflows involved in end-to-end maintenance.
• Document processes, gather requirements, and support testing.
• Log project requests and help prioritize with Platform Development team.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral for Advisors, recruits, and clients.
• Manage supplementary data related to reporting across Stifel systems.
