Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. in Branson, MO is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries, stocking shelves, and preparing new merchandise for the floor.

You will unload cartons, assist with floor sets and merchandising, maintain clean back-of-house areas, and support customer orders with a friendly, service-oriented approach during peak times and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department.
• Process merchandise, remove plastic, and hang items for sales floor readiness.
• Assist with floor sets, price changes, and merchandising presentations.
• Support inventory processes including RFID tasks and sensor tag application.
• Maintain cleanliness and back-of-house organization to promote efficiency.
• Assist with store fulfillment and customer orders as needed.
