Job summary

Belk in Branson is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will unload trucks, tag and transfer merchandise, and support floor sets and promotions. This hourly role emphasizes inventory accuracy, facilities upkeep, and teamwork to ensure product readiness on the sales floor.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist customers throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department for readiness.
• Apply sensor tags, manage product transfers, and support inventory accuracy with RFID tasks.
• Assist with facilities and store maintenance activities including lighting and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing for customers.
• Maintain organization of tools, supplies, and back-of-house areas for efficiency.
• Provide warm, helpful customer service and assist during peak store traffic.
