Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Associate to join our dynamic retail team. You will drive back-of-house operations, stock management, and organize merchandise to support a smooth customer experience on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure products are available and properly presented, while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment; resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
• Able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing long periods, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organization so products are easily located for sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment, cleanliness, and loss prevention efforts.
