Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Operations Associate at Topanga Mall to drive stock and operational performance in a retail boutique. You will process inbound and outbound stock, support inventory, and help ensure the customer finds products easily while maintaining a smooth, organized store environment.

We value punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing long periods, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
Stockroom Organization: maintain organization for easy product location by sales team.
Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist the sales floor as needed.
Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
