Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Associate to join our retail team. You will drive stock movement from back-of-house to the sales floor, ensuring customers locate their preferred coffees and products with efficient organization and service.

You’ll support inventory, merchandising, and safety while delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Punctual and available for open/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and on-the-spot troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organized stock locations for sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: uphold a safe boutique environment and support loss prevention.
