Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring for a Retail Stock Associate at our new Charlotte boutique. Join a team focused on a smooth stockroom operation, accurate inventory, and ready product availability to support the sales floor.

You will process shipments, organize stock, and help customers with product access, while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards. This role requires open/closing shifts, weekend availability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing a retail stockroom and supporting sales teams.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound stock shipments and assist with inventory.
• Maintain organized stockroom for quick product location.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers as needed.
