Job summary

Todd Snyder, a New York–based menswear brand, is seeking a Stock Associate to ensure efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor. You will uphold SOPs, support replenishment, and execute visual standards to maximize sales and productivity.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining stockroom organization, and collaborating with store leadership to optimize merchandising. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Process shipments efficiently and communicate units per hour productivity to leadership.
• Follow Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize product presentations.
• Coordinate replenishment with leadership including fills, power closes/opens and adjustments.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and sales floor; report compliance.
• Coordinate stock transfers and address damages with leadership.
• Support colleagues and assist customers as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and report concerns to leadership.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and company procedures.
