Job summary

Todd Snyder in Los Angeles is seeking a Stock Associate responsible for moving merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, maintaining SOPs, and supporting replenishment and merchandising to maximize sales.

You will follow Todd Snyder visual standards, participate in shipments, markdowns, and transfers, and work with store leadership to ensure accurate stock flow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership and colleagues.
• Collaborative team player with ability to receive feedback.
• Able to stand, move, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing and replenishment.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient merchandise handling.
• Process shipments and communicate units per hour productivity.
• Support Todd Snyder visual standards for product flow.
• Collaborate with store leadership on replenishment and merchandising adjustments.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor.
• Assist in stock transfers and damage processing.
• Share knowledge and help teammates; assist in customer interactions.
• Uphold safety standards and report concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
