Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate for our Castle Rock, CO store. You’ll organize inventory, maintain safe stock areas, and cooperate with the Stock Lead to ensure customers can find products when they want them.

You’ll receive, store, pick, count, and distribute merchandise, verify shipments, and help replenish and display products on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards. A friendly, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Greet customers and direct them to products or areas; answer questions and share product knowledge.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a neat stock room and practice safety consciousness to deter theft.
• Report to Store Manager and work with team to achieve store goals.
