Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory, maintain safe stock areas, and support the Stock Lead to ensure product is available when customers want it.

You'll work as part of a dynamic team, greet customers, follow stock processes, and help replenish and display products according to Visual Merchandising standards while upholding safety and teamwork. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility in schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• One (1) to (2) years of retail store management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts accurate.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
