Job summary

Deckers Brands, including UGG stores, is hiring a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe, efficient stock areas. You will partner with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items so customers find what they want when they want it.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, ensuring stock processes, displays, and stock rooms stay neat, while maintaining a positive customer experience and meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and distribute products to support the store.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventories accurate.
• Restock and merchandize on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers and assist with product knowledge and directions to areas.
