Job summary

Deckers Brands is hiring a Stock Associate for our Colorado store location. You will organize inventory, receive shipments, stock merchandise, and support the sales floor to ensure products are available when customers want them.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards while maintaining safe, neat stock rooms. A High School Diploma and strong communication skills are required; 1–2 years of retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and material to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments; handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Help replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store and Deckers Brands image.
• Report to Store Manager and maintain a safe, neat stock room.
