Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe, efficient stock areas. You will partner with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items so customers find what they want when they want it.

You operate as part of a dynamic team and help achieve business goals. You will handle receiving, counting, packing, and distributing products, ensuring accurate counts and tidy stock rooms, while assisting on the sales floor and greeting customers with product

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials.
• Receive and verify shipments and resolve discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Replenish and display products on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and direct them to the right products and areas.
• Notify Store Manager of lateness or absences and cooperate with team to meet business goals.
