Job summary

Deckers Brands stores in Texas seek a Stock Associate to organize inventory and maintain safe stock areas. You’ll work with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items so customers find products when they want them.

You’ll handle shipments, replenish the floor, assist customers, greet shoppers, and report to the Store Manager if you’re late. Join a team-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and material to meet the needs of the store.
• Receive and verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts accurate.
• Help replenish and display product on the sales floor and organize it according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and offer product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Notify Store Manager in advance if you will be late or absent.
