Job summary

Cavender’s is hiring a Stocker to support store operations in Fayetteville, NC. You will stock merchandise, organize inventory, and keep the sales floor and backroom neat and well-stocked to ensure a smooth merchandise flow.

You will assist with transfers and returns, check tagging and labeling, and help with display maintenance. The role requires reliability, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Safely use store equipment and follow age requirements.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise on the sales floor and backroom following standards.
• Inspect items for quality and correct tagging.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and sales floor.
• Assist with transfers, special orders, and returns.
• Support floor moves and display maintenance.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
• Provide customer assistance locating merchandise.
