Qualifications

• Ability to accurately stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely use store equipment such as handheld devices, step stools, and dollies.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom following standards.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and placement before stocking.
• Organize back stock to maintain inventory accuracy and flow.
• Assist with processing merchandise, transfers, and returns as directed.
• Keep the sales floor and backroom clean, safe, and organized.
• Help with merchandising projects and display maintenance.
• Report safety concerns to store management.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise or directing them to staff.
