Job summary

Cavender’s in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Stocker to support store operations by stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring the sales floor and backroom are clean and well stocked.

You will work with the store team to prepare merchandise for sale, follow company standards, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient merchandise flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to sales floor and backroom per standards.
• Inspect tagging, boot pairing, and label placement.
• Organize back stock for inventory accuracy.
• Process merchandise transfers, special orders, and returns.
• Keep sales floor and backroom clean and safe.
• Assist with merchandising projects and floor moves.
• Report safety or inventory concerns promptly.
• Assist customers and direct them to staff.
